"Hope you are doing well! We are implementing the Inspiring Champions concepts and are seeing great results. Mid June, we implemented an incentive contest for the front desk on the overall salon's rebooking contest. We experienced a 15% increase in the number of clients who rebooked in June. Not bad considering the contest started halfway through the month. At the beginning of this month, we customized the stylist rebooking form.
